“The XLine application from Aexis Medical offers numerous advantages. Using data, it is possible to thoroughly discuss and revise organizational aspects within the operating rooms: harmonizing certain schedules, good management and control, and so on.

Furthermore, this has led to a revision of the names of operations, their duration and operational timetable.

We were also able to introduce much stricter and more transparent rules and guidelines for the operational management of the venues.

Finally, after several months of implementation, the possibilities regarding indicators really offer a wonderful opportunity to improve the efficiency of our operating rooms.

A final aspect, a completely unexpected advantage: during the training that we provided simultaneously to surgeons, secretariat staff and administrative managers, meetings took place between the teams. This helped to gain a better understanding of the professions and implications (which were sometimes unknown) of everyone in the operating room organization. In addition, we were able to put faces on people who previously only had contact via email or telephone. Every opportunity to build relationships is valuable, and ORLine has made this possible.”
